Nicolai Carels created the Boomerang Wok to facilitate the stirring portion of stir fries, but the pan's overhanging edge also makes it easier to flip fillets of fish or meat, all without lifting the wok from the heat. It is coated with non-stick Teflon Platinum Plus and suitable for use in ovens heated up to 320 degrees F.
