LuminAID PackLite Max Lantern & Portable Battery
LuminAID launched their solar powered lanterns over 5 years ago now, largely in an effort to provide post-disaster communities with a light source during electrical outages. Selling them to consumers as an easy, pack-flat camping accessory awarded the company the success it needed to continue its philanthropic efforts, and today you can choose from an entire, evolved LuminAID line of portable power for both illumination and device charging during your outdoor adventures.
The PackLite Max 2-in-1 Phone Charger combines solar and USB power into its soft-shelled, inflatable housing. Fully charged, it gives off over 150 lumens of LED light for 3 to 5 hours on Turbo Mode, and up to 50 hours of light on Low mode. The built-in 2,000mAh battery can also recharge most cell phones to 100% in 2 to 4 hours.
PackLite Max units themselves require around 14 hours of sunlight to recharge via solar power alone, or 1 to 2 hours by USB input in.
