Dry January. Fun times. What's that, Lyre's? Your non-alcoholic line of spirits is going to remove the sarcasm from those statements? Alright, purveyor of booze-free gin, whiskey, rum, tequila, liqueurs, and aperitifs, give it your best (0% ABV) shot.
Lyre's Spirits aim to taste "just like the classics they pay homage to," but as a dude who's actually tried a handful of non-alcoholic brands' (albeit not Lyre's) attempts at everything from gin to campari, anything more than modest success doesn't seem likely. Still, Lyre's American Malt (whiskey), Dry London Spirit (gin), and Spiced Can Spirit (rum) concoctions probably won't taste terrible. And if you're giving Dry January, or Dry Rest of my Life, a go, they can be especially nice to have around during social gatherings.
And one thing Lyre's Spirits do rival real alcohol on in excellence is their bottle and label designs. The shapes, colors, and artwork make the faux booze look like the real thing from the outside - the small batch, craft real thing, no less - and I'd be glad to display any one of them on my liquor cart.
