BRAMI High-Protein, Low-Carb Pickled Lupini Beans
Bean, beans, the magical fruit, they're now keto-friendly, but they'll still make you toot. BRAMI calls their Lupini Beans the "Italian snacking bean," touting the slippery pickled legumes' 0 net carbs and 9 grams of plant protein per pouch as the pinnacle of their healthy, New-Year's-diet-friendly snackability.
Pickled Lupini Beans are also a low-calorie food at 80 calories per 2.3-ounce serving, and boast vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and prebiotic badges. They come in single-serving packages of Salt & Vinegar, Chili & Lime, and Garlic & Rosemary flavors. I've actually bought and tried BRAMI's variety pack of Italian snacking beans, and while I do like them alright, all of those fancy flavors taste pretty much the same to me. Which is to say like a bowl of al dente cooked beans with some vinegar on them.
I can't complain, though. Lupini Beans are a food pretty much anyone on any diet or eating plan can mow on, they're super healthy, they taste decent, and when I feel like a ravenous Cookie Monster and eat a pouch, I no longer feel like a ravenous Cookie Monster.
