Our winner's 26-pound drop will include a variety of jerkys and beef sticks from People's Choice's repertoire in individual bags ranging from 1.5 pounds to 1.2 ounces in size.

The People's Choice range includes Classic jerky, also known as the Big Slab, consisting of individual slabs of jerky sliced from solid cuts of beef and flavored with sweet smokiness & pepper, teriyaki, or hot & spicy red pepper. People's Choice also makes Old Fashioned beef jerky in Original and Hot & Spicy flavors. These bags include thick, cowboy-style cuts of beef that have been slow-cooked for at least 5 hours. The Carne Seca series kicks up the seasonings with the bold, local Cali-culture flavors of Limon, Limon con Chile, and Machaca. The steps People's Choice takes to delivering 26 pounds of beef jerky to your door are:

1. Slicing. Whole muscle pieces of lean beef are sliced by hand, and then trimmed to jerky or beef stick size.
2. Marinating. People's Choice became the people's choice thanks to family recipes dating back to the 1920s. These are the foundations of the company's spice blends and marinades, which are infused into the prepared cuts of beef.
