Whoa, the Pac-Man Ghost Tables are so authentic their graphics even match the pixelated and somewhat-out-of-focus aesthetics of their arcade counterparts. Hmm, between these trippy visual effects, the tables' extra-large 37.5" x 41" size, and their curvy-jagged shapes, Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde could make for some truly stellar rounds of beer pong....
Of course, if you're a Pac-Man die hard, the tables will just add the ultimate personal accent to your kitchen or dining room. And if you have a family, perhaps they'll liven up the forced togetherness of dinner time. Even better, perhaps seeing the caliber of video game "monsters" from the olden days will teach thankless children some appreciation for the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 they've been whining are so lame and outdated.
In addition to Pac-Man standard enemy colors of red, pink, teal, and orange, fabricator R. Fitzpatrick also handmakes the Ghost Tables in white and black. All tables are hand cut, sanded, primed, and covered with 15 to 20 coats of paint. A clear coating over the top of the completed masterpiece provides a clean-looking, protective finish. Ghost Table production runs about 2 weeks. Unless you want Clyde, the characteristically slow orange one, who takes about half the time because it's pretty easy to duplicate idiocy.
Note: The photo dual-featuring the Ghost Table and a nice pair of legs reflects Fitzpatrick's coffee table model. This listing is for the larger format, suitable for a kitchen or dining area.
