On the down side, different kind of pipe. Unlike the Menagerie of Mechanized Happiness Pipe, the Plumbing Pipe Desk Lamp will not get you high. But. Its jutting and twisting drainpipes, beer bottle bulbs, and steampunk roots surely indicate its maker, ZAL Creations, was high when envisioning it. A true romp through the lands of creativity and welding, the lamp fuses 3/4" galvanized plumbing fittings with two 12 oz beer bottles, a 6 1/2' grounded power cable, and a rotary faucet handle, and emerges as a 28" x 17" x 8" Eden of industrial chic.
The arm extending from the pipe's upper elbow swivels, adjusting 30 to 40 degrees, and the lamp also comes with removable, adjustable clip-on shades and felt pad surface protection. ZAL Creations will paint the pipes dark metallic gray (pictured), or any other color of your choice. Bottle attachments can be clear, or sandblasted to frosted or semi-frosted patinas. All Plumbing Pipe Desk Lamps are made to order, with fabrication running approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Bulb replacement is simple, with either 15W or 25W starters included in the order.
