Cabbage Patch Hat
I'm dude enough to admit I had a Cabbage Patch Kid as a kid. I mean, a very young kid. I got rid of it by the time I was 4. OK, 8. His name was Dwight Matthew and he had dusty blond hair, curly as all get out, and wore a slick baby blue jacket and jeans. Ah, just seeing these Cabbage Patch Hats...Wigs...Yarn Creations brings on a warm rush of 80s nostalgia.
My mama would say the warm rush is probably because I'd always cry for Dwight Matthew after I wet the bed.
Handmade by Janel Feathers of NellyBean, Cabbage Patch HatWigs are terrific Halloween costume ideas for the children of parents born in the 1980s. They come in a hand(head?)ful of different colors, and various sizes. Speaking of which, while Cabbage Patch Hats seem most suitable for infants and toddlers, like Boobie Beanies, NellyBean will also weave up a set of yarn pigtails for teens and adults too. Good news for all you dudes who want to be Agatha Heather and Eloise Cecilia for Halloween this year.
