About the Vintage Copper Fire Pit Set

CobraCo gives its hand-hammered, 100% copper fire pit a vintage look and "romantic appeal" with an antique rose copper finish and decorative rim. Whatever, as long as it's wide and deep enough to make me some s'mores and wieners without lighting my shirt on fire and keep me warm when my mama gets cranky and makes me sleep in the back yard after I miss the bowl a few times when I have to take a whiz in the middle of the night, I'm not too bothered about how throwback and dreamy it looks reflecting the midday sun.

The fire pit's copper tub measures 26" in diameter and 23" tall with its included spark guard cover in place. It sits atop a black wrought iron stand and also comes with a protective vinyl cover to prevent rain or leaves from infiltrating when not in use. Note that since the copper tub is hand hammered and un-coated, its rustic texture and coloration will be affected by environmental conditions and heat from the fire. In other words, it's gonna get a patina, which CobraCo says should blend naturally with other outdoor elements, such as landscaping and the TV and XBox I have to set up under a tarp on an extension cord run from the house.

Also included with the vintage copper fire pit package is a set of 9 chrome-plated steel forks for campfire cooking. The utensils include 4 x 22" picnic forks, 2 x 33" hot dog forks, 2 x extension forks that lengthen up to 32" and 1 x hot dog roaster basket.
