Working Mini Metal Trebuchet
Big kudos to Alex Presley, not only for making these working mini metal trebuchets, but also for making the working mini high-drama movie that shows how the catapult works. And by "working" movie, I mean a video that's "working" in its efforts to get me to buy a mini metal trebuchet for my desktop.
Presley's trebuchets are powered by a polished dropping weight, and function just as their full-size, old school predecessors did during the Renaissance. The models can shoot pellets (5 are included with purchase) or balled-up paper projectiles in acts of cubicle warfare. Or, since not much of that is going on these days, use the mini metal trebuchets to fire popcorn, Skittles, M&Ms, maybe some frozen peas across the dining room table into your family's mouths in acts of WFH warfare.
Trebuchet desk toys can launch their ammo up to 10'. They are made of aluminum and stainless steel, and measure about 4.9" x 3.75" x 3".
